Role Overview:

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist who is responsible for managing the successful implementation of Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM Platforms in a company. They work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the company’s requirements. The role involves a deep understanding of the systems being implemented, as well as the project management skills necessary to manage a complex implementation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of a Sales Engagement, Automation, and CRM Platforms. This includes gathering requirements, creating a project plan, and managing the project team to ensure that milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes working with the IT team to ensure that the technology is implemented correctly, as well as with business leaders to ensure that the project meets the company’s strategic objectives.
  • After the implementation is complete, providing training and support to the end-users. This includes creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that the system is used effectively.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of the system and identifying areas for improvement, as well as identifying new technologies that can be implemented to improve the company’s operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s software products.
  • Lead the implementation process, from kickoff to completion.
  • Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions for clients.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during various phases of the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage project-related invoices and client communication.
  • Provide training for client staff on the usage of new systems and software.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or implementation
  • Experience in SalesTech (Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot) and/or CRM/MarTech (HubSpot) is highly preferred.
  • The ability to work from our Lehi, Utah office is strongly preferred; however, remote work is possible for the right candidate.
  • Remote candidates must have a private, quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and project timelines.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into clear executive summaries.
  • Highly responsive with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000-65,0000 per year
  • Additional performance-based compensation up to 20% (5% business performance, 15% individual performance)

Requirement:

Your professional portfolio includes:

Experience and Drive You Will Bring
* Several years of Consulting, Customer Success role in a Software company, or Project Manager/Operations
* You have a background in either Consulting, Marketing, SalesOps, RevOps
* Client services or program management experience with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects from beginning to end (implementation experience a big plus)
* Obsessed with time management, and attention to detail.
* Project management software or high expertise in project management is required.
* Articulate communication, experience in conflict management and resolution, and ability to drive constructive and productive working relationships with our clients that can vary from direct Client reports to Management to CxO levels.
* Prior experience working with companies in SEP or MAP Sales categories, including following or general knowledge of revenue (sales, customer success, marketing) teams tactics, or CRM Technologies and trends is also a big plus!

* Develop repeatable project management processes that will set the tone for a more efficient and effective way to drive client engagement e2e, paving the path to additional members of the team to follow in your footsteps as you trailblaze a function that can lead to a leadership position
* Create and drive key project and operating mechanisms for the organization, including identifying the need for new processes, creating clarity around goals and key responsibilities of drivers and stakeholders, and leading the charge to implement new processes and improve existing ones.
